The choice applies to your whole organization. *** ### When to use this [#when-to-use-this] Use this page when the default tone does not match your product's style or your users' expectations. For example, a technical analytics team may prefer a detailed, precise tone, while an end-user-facing product may benefit from a friendlier, more approachable style. *** ### Who can change this [#who-can-change-this] Changing the tone of voice requires the **organization update** permission, which **member**, **admin**, and **owner** roles have. Users with the **explorer** role cannot change it. This setting is available on plans that include AI customization. If the section is locked, contact your account manager. *** ### How to set tone of voice [#how-to-set-tone-of-voice] 1. Open **Settings** and select **AI behavior** in the left sidebar. 2. In the **Tone of voice** card, select one of the available options. 3. Click **Save**.
